Reports

This section covers the operational workflow and records related to reports in the Property Management module.You can navigate here via sidebar > Reports.

Overview

Under reports we have three subsections namely Diary, Lease Expiries and utstanding balances

Diary

Here you can generate landlord, tenant, property, or lease diaries for a date range.You just need to set the report parameters:

• Diary type; use dropdown menu.
• export formart; estman supports pdf and excel.
• Date from; start date.
• Date to; stop date.

Lease Expiries

Here you can view leases sorted by end date in the upcoming expiries list that contains details of the lease including Tenant, Property and Rent.

Outstanding Balances

Here you can view the collection summary for outstanding balances in the outstanding balances table.
